These terms and conditions are a contract component of the order for events awarded to Cityhotel D&C by the organiser. Contrary conditions do not apply. The organiser accepts and submits to the conditions and all relevant trade law regulations, and accepts, by placing the order, liability for adherence to these, as well as for costs incurred and cancellation fees.
